Meaning:

This slokam is from Abirami Battar’s Abirami andhAdhi(Battar is from TirukidaiyUr). The slokam extols the benefits of worshipping the lotus feet of Goddess Abirami. Devotees of Abirami who exhibits thick locks of hair resembling dark clouds, shall get the following by the mere grace of the corners of Her eyes: Riches, education, tireless mind, divine form, relatives without malevolence and everything good.

Meaning:

This slokam is set as dialogue between Avvayaar and Lord Vinayaka. Vinayaka being childlike, is offered 4 things and she, in return asks for 3 things( 3 aspects of Tamil language) viz – Iyal, Isai and Natakam. I shall offer milk, honey, lentils and jaggery syrup mixed to You Lord Vinayaka who is elephant-faced, please bestow upon me the threefold Tamizh language which represent wisdom.
